When referring out my patients to an ENT, I only trust Dr. Shelly Jaquish! She has often found answers to things that other Otolaryngologists seem to miss. Feedback I get often from my patients is that she takes her time to carefully explain everything to them in addition to being caring & compassionate.

Dr French was A++ helping me understand the ins and outs of my hearing needs. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Cameron French is an awesome audiologist. She handled my MILs hearing aid problems with professionalism and compassion. I would highly recommend her if you, or a loved one, has hearing difficulties.

Dr Ryan Thorwarth and his staff are amazing, he diagnosed my problem and corrected it with a simple surgical procedure, it helped me with my breathing which I am so thankful for. Highly recommended.

I’ve been going here regularly for the past year, and the front desk staff are very friendly and respectful. Doctors are very knowledgeable, and my allergies have been at a minimum since receiving treatment here.

Dr. Gavin is knowledgeable, kind, easy to talk to, and absolutely the best! Who knew I would have the excellent outcome that I’ve had! He is a very nice and calm man. I am completely overjoyed with my ability to hear everything! I’m amazed at how much I was missing!!! A whole new world!!

Office staff are very welcoming, attentive and pleasant. Medical providers are very thorough and gentle when it comes to your personal exam. The rooms are clean. Wait times are very reasonable & parking is ample. I see both the ENT doctors and Audiology. I have been a patient here for about 3 years. Would definitely recommend this medical practice.

While I came to this office under stressful circumstances and for my 1st time, I can’t emphasize enough how well I was treated.
Dr Burton, Aimee and Drisel (to name a few) made my experience (under the circumstances) a great one. But Aimee really shines. Her ability to work hard, maintain a high level of care and still keep a great attitude is rare.

Dr. Jaquish is an amazing doctor. She did extremely well on my septoplasty surgery. All the staff who works here are amazing. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I had an appointment with Dr. Trevor Getz regarding my ears, and I found him very pleasant and he explained everything to me that he would be doing to unstop my ears. I was very pleased and happy with Dr. Getz. Thanks Dr. Getz for giving me relief. Very friendly staff!

I’m very happy and very satisfied, excellent staff and doctors, walked in without an appointment, with an earache and they didn’t turn me away, they worked with me, had to wait but the doctor took care of me, will recommend them any time, excellent service and staff very polite, I would rate them a high 10 star.

After having a different dedicated ENT for almost 20 years, Dr. Requena has been a godsend to me. I got new insurance that my last ENT did not accept and had to switch practices. I am so happy for that difficulty.
I can finally breathe and finally confirmed the growths in my throat (being watched for 8 years by my other ENT) are benign. Dr. Requena took swift and decisive action, despite the external difficulties of my case (other health conditions that made surgery difficult). My life has changed for the better and I owe him an enormous debt.
Dr. Requena, in his own words, is ” just a technician”. My quality of life has improved 10 fold since September 2024, so I’ll listen to the next Dr. who expresses that type of humility. He questioned the “watch and wait” treatment plan I was on; questioned the unilateral loss of hearing and treatment plan for my right ear; and came up with viable proactive solutions to my problems.
Funny thing is that he disagrees with most of my beliefs about my own health state and I like it. He is always respectful, even when he’s telling me he thinks I’m crazy. That inspires my confidence and my trust. He is no nonsense and efficient.
After two surgeries, I can’t imagine being in better hands.
The office staff is also no nonsense and friendly. The use of medical transcribers helps to make appointments more interactive since the doctor and assistants actually hear what you say and respond.
I highly recommend this practice and its staff.
